Thoughtcrimes is a native New York chaotic hardcore & mathcore band built on ideas as much as riffs. Every song, record and piece of merch belongs to one dystopian world about surveillance, memory and the thoughts we're told not to have. The players are some of the most technical and fearless musicians in heavy music, whose résumés include The Dillinger Escape Plan and Glassjaw, but Thoughtcrimes is its own vision. It's chaotic, precise, and designed down to the last redacted line.
"Artificer," from the band's YouTube channel.

The official merch store is coming soon. Until then, records and merch are on Bandcamp.
shop on bandcamp"Thoughtcrimes' first single is both daring in its originality and deeply satisfying in its raw power. While many modern bands seem to fight for a place within a specific genre niche, Thoughtcrimes appear to want them all at once."
Kerrang!
"For a band this new, they play like a bunch of old souls — strong chemistry, well-tuned songwriting and drama abounds."
Revolver
"Thoughtcrimes have shared a new single and it's a chaotic metalcore/mathcore rager."
